摘　　要：高校突发公共事件的舆论应对是一项系统工程,新媒体环境下高校突发公共事件的舆情日趋复杂,这既有社会环境带来的客观原因,又有高校自身的主观原因。对此,应系统化构建新媒体环境下高校突发公共事件舆论应对机制,在突发事件的潜伏萌芽期、爆发扩散期和衰退平缓期相应地建立舆论防控、宣传应急和善后恢复等机制,以消除危机或降低危机危害,促进和谐校园建设。The response to the public opinion on the unexpected campus incidents is a systematic project. In the context of new media, the public opinion on the unexpected campus incidents becomes more and more complex. There are objective reasons caused by social environment and subjective reasons of the colleges. So, we need to establish the response mechanism for the public opinion on the unexpected campus incidents. During the incubation period, outbreak period and recession period of the unexpected campus incidents, we should such mechanisms as prevention and control of the public opinion, publicity, emergency and recovery to eliminate the crisis or reduce damages and promote construction of a harmonious campus.
