摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障术前结膜囊无菌化准备、细菌培养及药敏变化结果。方法:将笔者所在科室2010年1月-2013年12月接诊的300例眼部无感染的白内障手术患者作为研究对象,对术前结膜囊无菌化准备、细菌培养与药敏变化情况进行分析。结果:300例白内障患者术前结膜囊细菌培养结果显示阳性156例,占52.00%,细菌类型主要为革兰阳性球菌与革兰阴性杆菌。革兰阳性球菌占78.89%(142/180),包括表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,并且在近几年呈现逐年上升趋势。常见结膜囊细菌对环丙沙星、妥布霉素、氧氟沙星耐药率呈现逐年上升趋势,而庆大霉素耐药率则逐年下降。结论:白内障患者术前主要的结膜囊细菌包括革兰阳性球菌与阴性杆菌,前者呈现逐年上升的趋势,后者则比较稳定;临床广谱抗生素大量应用,使得结膜囊细菌对常用药物耐药性逐年上升,而不常用药物耐药性则逐年下降。Objective：To investigate the conjunctival sac before cataract surgery aseptic preparation,bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results. Method：Three hundred patients with eye cataract operation in our department from January 2010 to December 2013,no infection as the object of study,the preoperative conjunctival sac aseptic preparation,bacterial culture and drug sensitivity were analyzed.Result：300 cases of preoperative patients with cataract conjunctival bacterial culture results showed positive in 156 cases,accounted for 52.00%,the types of bacteria were gram positive cocci and gram-negative bacilli. Gram-positive cocci accounted 78.89%（142/180）,including Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,and the rising trend in recent years show. Resistance rate of common conjunctival bacteria showed a rising trend year by year to ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and gentamicin,but which was declining of tobramycin.Conclusion：The preoperative patients with cataract conjunctival bacteria including Gram-positive cocci and and gram-negative bacilli,the former show a rising trend year by year,and the latter is relatively stable. A lot of clinical application of broad-spectrum antibiotics,the conjunctival sac bacterial drug resistance to commonly used increase year by year,and is not commonly used drug resistance is reduce year by year.
