摘 要:"运动保真"条件,是凸轮机构实现预期输出的重要前提和基础。形锁合共轭凸轮机构由于免用弹簧等辅件,较力锁合机构具有显著优越性。将"支撑函数法"在解决F型力锁合机构"运动保真"条件等问题基础上,成功地向形锁合负半径类直动推杆共轭凸轮机构作延拓推广,推导得到了凸轮曲率半径和"运动保真"条件,为新型负半径类共轭凸轮机构的深入研究与工程推广应用奠定了基础。The "Movement fidelity condition" is an important prerequisite and foundation for cam mechanism achieving the desired output. Shape--locking conjugate cam mechanisms which removing spring and other auxiliary parts can reduce energy consumption, reduce wear and increase abrasion re- sistance and prolong life, so it has more significant advantages than force-locking mechanism. On the basic of using supporting function to solve "Movement fidelity condition "and other issues of F-type force-locking mechanism, it is also succeeds in expanding and generalizing the "Supporting function" to shape--locking conjugate cam mechanism with negative radius translation follower, the radius of curvature and "movement fidelity conditions" of the cam mechanism are derived and obtained. An im- portant foundation for further research and application of the new type shape-locking conjugate cam mechanism with negative radius translation follower is provided.
