摘　　要：目的:从脾虚湿阻、中焦气机失畅的角度探讨抗痨药物导致的胃肠道反应的诊治要点以及中医药治疗本病的思路。方法:胃肠道反应是抗痨药物导致的常见副作用之一,文章从本病的病因、临床表现、发病特点、辨证要点以及疗效和预后出发,以益气健脾、化湿和胃为法,观察对腹胀、恶心呕吐、纳差乏力等胃肠道不适症状的疗效,确立本病以脾虚运化失常,胃失和降为其主要发病机理,从而提出有效的治疗方法。结果:以益气健脾、燥湿化痰中药治疗对于治疗抗结核药物导致的胃肠道反应具有良好的疗效。结论:本病以补气健脾、化湿和中为法治疗疗效肯定,且安全性良好,对于减轻患者的痛苦和顺利实施抗结核治疗都具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To discuss the treatment and diagnosis and the thought of TCM therapy on gastric -intestinal reaction induced by anti - TB medicines from deficient spleen and dampness blocking, unsmooth Qi function in middle Jiao. Methods ： The gastric - intestinal reaction is one of common side effects of anti - TB medicines. The article starts from the causes, clinical demonstration, attack features, differentiation of signs, cure effect and prognosis of the disease, taking the methods of tonifying Qi and spleen, clearing dampness to harmonize stomach and observing the cure effect on the discomfort of abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting, bad appetite and weakness, in order to know the main pathogenesis of spleen and stomach deficiency, therefore puts forwards effective treatments. Results ： The drugs of tonifying Qi and spleen, eliminating dampness and phlegm for treating gastric - intestinal reaction induced by anti -TB has good cure effect. Conclusion：The methods above have definite cure effect with good safety and important clinical meaning for relieving patients＇pain and smoothly carrying out anti -TB treatment.
