探讨温病学理论在黄疸型肝炎诊治中的应用

摘　　要：黄疸型肝炎是临床上常见病、多发病,中医药对于此病的治疗有着丰富的经验和良好的临床疗效。文章通过对黄疸型肝炎病因、病机的分析以及解析温病学经典著作中有关黄疸的论述,探讨以温病学理论在伤寒杂病治疗中指导意义,为临床治疗黄疸型肝炎提供理论依据。Icteric hepatitis is one of the common diseases in clinic. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a wealth of experience and a good clinical curative effect for the treatment of this disease. In this paper, etiology and pathogenesis of icteric hepatitis, as well as the discussion of this disease from classic books on epidemic febrile diseases are analyzed to discuss the guiding significance of seasonal febrile diseases theory in treatment of typhoid miscellaneous disease, providing the theoretical basis for clinical treatment of icteric hepatitis.
