海派名医祝味菊学术思想探析

摘　　要：祝味菊先生是"海派中医"的重要代表人物之一,学术上衷中参西,崇尚温阳,首提"八纲"一词,独创"伤寒五段""本体疗法"等思想,新解发热机制,重识四气五味,临床上善用附子,创多种温热配伍法,五段辨治疾病,临床疗效奇佳。ZHU Weiju is one of the important representatives of Shanghai - style Chinese medicine. He claimed to integrate Chinese and Western Medicine academically ,and ad＇coeated warming Yang. The eight - principles term was first put forward by him. He presented the original thoughts of five phases in febrile diseases and ontology therapy. He made some reinterpretations of the mechanism of fever and the four properties and five flavors of Chinese herbs. He was expert in using radix aconiti carmnichaeli, and has created many methods with compatibility of warm - heat Chinese medicine. He utilized five phases to treat disease based on syndrome differentiation and the clinical outcome was significant.
