丹参川芎嗪注射液对老年急性脑梗死患者NFDS评分及Barthel指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对老年急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的70例患者按入组先后顺序平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取西医常规处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。两组患者均连续治疗28 d。观察患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度(NFDS评分)、日常生活活动(Barthel指数)改变情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组和对照组临床痊愈率分别为31.43%、11.43%,总有效率分别为91.43%、74.29%。组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后第7天、第14天和第28天的NFDS评分均低于对照组,Barthel指数均高于对照组。组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合西药能协助改善急性脑梗死老年患者的神经功能和日常生活活动能力,临床疗效安全可靠。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of the salvia mihiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on senile acute isehemic stroke. Methods ：70 patients who met the standard were divided into observation group and control group. The control group took western medicine routine treatment and the observation group added salvia mihiorrhiza ligustrazine injection. Two groups were treated for 28 d continuous treatment. After treatment, nerve function defect degree （ NFDS score）, changes in daily life activities （Barthel index） and adverse reactions were observed. Results：The clinical cure rates of observation group and control group were 31.43% and 11.43%. The total effective rates were 91.43% and 74.29% respectively. Comparison between groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In observation group ,7 d, 14 d and 28 d later, NFDS scores were lower than that of the control group. The Barthel index was higher than that of the control group. Comparison between groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the process of treatment, the two groups＇ patients had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection combined with Western medicine can help to improve acute cerebral infarction of elderly patients with nerve function and daily life activities ability. It has safe and reliable clinical curative effect.
