摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸按摩联合高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选择该院2011年2月—2013年3月收治的140例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,其中,对照组70例患者采用常规西医治疗措施,而观察组70例患者采用针灸按摩联合高压氧治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.3%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的FMA、MBI评分、神经功能缺损评分较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸按摩联合高压氧治疗脑梗死患者具有十分显著的疗效,可有效促进患者的神经功能恢复,大大提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective ： To investigate the effects of acupuncture massage combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods ： 140 cases of cerebral infarction patients were taken as the objects, in which 70 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment and 70 patients in the observation group used acupuncture and massage hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.3%, significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, and the observation group＇s FMA, MBI score, neurological deficit showed a significant improvement in the patients compared with those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture massage hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with cerebral infarction has a very significant effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function in patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
