摘  要:本研究通过对西南两县农村寄宿制学校教师满意度调查,发现寄宿制教师在人际关系和经济状况两个维度的满意度上显著低于非寄宿制教师群体,其他维度上两个群体不存在显著性差异。结合访谈资料,为了提高教师满意度,应该为农村寄宿制学校配备专门的生活教师,提高农村教师生活待遇,改善值班教师的生活条件。By the research of the teachers' satisfaction in two counties in the southwest, this study found that boarding teachers' satisfaction is lower than non boarding teachers' satisfaction in two dimensions: interpersonal relationship and economic status. Combined with interviews data, in order to improve teachers' satisfaction, the author suggests that boarding schools in rural areas should be equipped with specialized life teachers and teachers' living treatment as well as the living conditions of teachers on duty should be improved.
