摘  要:目的研究沙枣仁油的理化性质,成分及其清除自由基的能力。方法用索氏提取法提取沙枣仁油,测定其折光指数、比旋光度及碘值,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定其化学成分,并通过DPPH法测定其清除自由基的能力。结果沙枣仁油的折光率为1.7050,无旋光性,碘值为62.50 gI/100g;气相色谱-质谱检测分析沙枣仁油的主要成分及其质量分数为亚油酸(35.00%),亚麻酸(19.40%),8-十八碳烯酸(11.05%),7-十八碳烯酸(15.54%),棕榈酸(9.93%),硬脂酸(9.07%);以维生素E作为对照物,沙枣仁油对DPPH自由基有很好的清除作用。结论沙枣仁油中的亚油酸和亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,二者具有降低血脂、软化血管、降低血压、促进微循环的作用,从而证实沙枣仁具有很好的药用价值,而且其具有较强的清除DPPH自由基的能力,是一种有前途的天然抗氧化剂。Objective Study the physical and chemical properties of sand Shazaoren oil, composition and free radical scavenging capacity.. Methods Using Soxhlet extraction method of Ningxia Shazaoren oil, determination of the refractive index, specific rotation and iodine, Using the GC - MS identification of chemical composition, and study the scavenging activity of sand Shazaoren oil against DPPH free radical. Results Shazaoren oil refractive index of 1. 7050, non - optically, the determination of the the Shazaoren oil iodine value of 62.50 gI/100g; GC -MS detection of oil is the main component of Shazaoren and mass fraction of linoleic acid (35.00%) , linolenic acid ( 19.40% ) , 8 - oetadecadienoic acid ( 11.05% ) , 7 - oetadecene acid ( 15.54% ) , palmitic acid (9.93%), stearic acid (9.07%) ; With vitamin E as a control , Shazaoren has scavenging activity against DPPH. Conclu- sion Shazaoren oil linoleic acid and linolenic acid is an essential fatty acid, the two have lower blood lipids, soften blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, promote micro - circulation, thus confirming the Shazaoren has good medicinal value, and its has strong DPPH radical scavenging ability, is a promising natural antioxidants.
