摘 要:目的研究香花崖豆藤茎皮的总三萜酸含量,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。方法以齐墩果酸为对照品,用超声辅助提取、分光光度法测定了香花崖豆藤总三萜酸含量。结果香花崖豆藤中总三萜酸的相对百分含量为7.602%,精密度实验RSD为1.26%;齐墩果酸对照品在0~100μg/ml范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.011 3X-0.017 7,相关系数R2=0.999 1。结论该方法操作简便、结果可靠,能为香花崖豆藤药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。The percentage of total triterpene acid in Millettia dielsiana was determined by spectrophotometry at 540nm based on the standard curve with oleanolic acid as controlled sample. The results showed the percentage of total triterpene acid in Millettia dielsiana was 7. 602% and there was good linearity (R2 = 0. 9991 ) during the range of 0 - 100 g/mL for oleanolic acid, the re- gression equation : Y = 0. 0113X - 0. 0177. The relative standard deviation RSD was 1.26%. The spectrophotometry method is sim- ple and reliable to measure the content of total triterpene acid in Millettia dielsiana It provides a certain referential gist for the ex- ploitation and expand resource utilization of the Millettia dielsiana's medical value.
