摘　　要：对木工四面刨床下刀轴整体结构进行设计;利用Solidworks 2010软件建立了三维模型,并对刀轴结构进行载荷分析计算。在此基础上,借助Ansys12.0中Workbench模块进行有限元静力学分析,分析结果能够提供四面刨床下刀轴应力及变形的参考数据,为后续轴结构的优化设计提供理论依据。The overrall structural of the under arbor of four-sides moulders was designed. Using by Solidworks 2010,the three-dimensional model was builded and calculated for this structure. On the basis of using the Workbench in the Ansys 12. 0,finite element static analysised. The results can provide the reference data of stress and deformation of four-sides moulders＇ under arbor,and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent optimization and design of the arbor＇ structure.
