摘　　要：呕吐一证,虽不离脾胃,然又不仅属脾胃。五脏六腑皆令人呕,非独脾胃也。传统辨证以虚实辨呕吐,治法以和胃降逆为主,本文从五脏论治呕吐,在临床运用时应灵活辨证治疗。Vomiting is a disease not only caused by the spleen and the stomach,but also caused by other zang- organs and fu- organs. Besides the spleen and the stomach,other zang- organs and fu- organs can all cause vomiting. In traditional chinese medicine,the syndrome differentiation of vomiting refers to deficiency and excess,and the main treatment is based on harmonizing the stomach and descending adverse qi. This research treating emesis by treatment based on syndrome differentiation of five zang- organs,and provide a more flexible method to treat emesis in clinic.
