子宫内膜癌中MDM2和E2F-1的表达及与恶性程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的临床检测MDM2和E2F-1在子宫内膜癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织中表达情况,探讨MDM2在子宫内膜癌组织中存在及临床意义。方法采用传统的免疫组织化学S-P法检测子宫内膜癌、正常子宫内膜组织中MDM2和E2F-1的表达情况并进行统计学分析。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和E2F-1表达定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率分别为73.33%(66/90)和56.67%(51/90),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织8.33%(3/36)和2.78%(1/36)(P<0.05);在不同组织分级、不同病理分期、是否有淋巴道转移及不同浸润深度的子宫内膜癌中MDM2和E2F-1的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在不同组织学类型子宫内膜癌中两者的表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在子宫内膜癌组织中MDM2和E2F-1表达呈明显正相关性。结论 MDM2和E2F-1在子宫内膜癌表达水平较高,可以反应出子宫内膜癌的恶性程度,并且免疫组织化学方法已经普及临床,检测方法简便、易用,为临床对子宫内膜癌预后判断具有一定的指导意义。Objective To determine the expression of E2F- 1 and MDM2 in the endometrial carcinoma and thesignificance. Methods The expressions of E2F-1 and MDM2 in endometrial cancer patients and normal endometrial tissueswere detected by immunohistochemistry S-P and the results were analysed. Results The expressions of E2F-1 and MDM2were located in the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates of E2F-1 and MDM2 in cancer patients were 73.33%（66/90） and56.67%（51/90）significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue（P〈0.05）. The expressions in endometrial cancershowed the statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.In endometrial carcinoma, the expressions of E2F-1 and MDM2 werecorrelated with each other（P〈0.05）. Conclusion E2F-1 and MDM2 were highly expressed in the endometrial carcinoma,itcan reflect the malignant degree of carcinoma of endometrium The detection method is simple and easy to use and of guidingsignificance in prognosis of carcinoma of endometrium.
