摘 要:目的:探讨机体在中等强度运动中能量代谢变化特征,为普通人群运动健身、减肥等锻炼模式提供实践依据。方法:采用德国产Cortex MetaMax 3B对20名普通大学生在个体55%最大摄氧量(VO2max)强度下,以气体代谢法监测60 min间歇跑运动中机体糖和脂肪能量消耗以及底物代谢变化特征,从环比和定基比的角度分析大学生在间歇跑中的机体供能特征。结果:男生运动至31~50 min段总输出量高于女生[(156.64±8.45) cal/(min· kg)>(114.46±8.81) cal/(min· kg);t=6.965,P<0.001]。第一个间歇期男女生糖、脂代谢差异无统计学意义,第二个间歇期男生糖供能量高于女生(t=4.685,P=0.001)。61~80 min段脂代谢环比值男女生差异有统计学意义(t=3.643,P=0.004)。结论:55%VO2max强度下男大学生糖代谢增长的速度和幅度均高于女生,而脂代谢相反。男女生糖脂肪供能百分比超过50%约在第2个间歇期后的10 min。Aim:To explore the energy metabolism characteristic in moderate-intensity exercises so as to provide prac-tical basis for the general population sports and fitness , weight loss and other exercise modes .Methods: Using Germany Cortex MetaMax 3B, the body sugar and fat and substrate metabolism variations of 20 college students under the 55%VO2max intensity, were monitored by gas metabolism during 60 min intermittent running ,and the energy metabolism charac-teristic was analyzed from the chain perspective ratio and fixed base ratio .Results: In 31-50 min, the total output of male students[(156.64 ±8.45) cal/(min· kg)] was greater than female students (114.46 ±8.81) cal/(min· kg)(t=6.965,P〈0.001).In the first intermission, sugar and fat metabolism of males and females had no significant difference . In the second intermission , sugar metabolism for males was significantly greater than that for females ( t =4.685, P =0.001).In the 61-80 min segment, the chain perspective ratio of lipid metabolism was significantly different between males and females(t=3.643,P=0.004).Conclusion: Under 55%VO2max intensity, the increasing velocity and ampli-tude of sugar for males are faster than those for females , but the change of lipid is quite the reverse .The sugar and fat con-sumption exceeds 50%at 10 min after the 2nd intermission for both male and female students .
