摘  要:白花树种子压榨后得到的毛油经加热、抽滤处理后得到粗制油,进一步脱胶、碱练、脱色和脱臭后得到精炼油。用粗制油和精炼油做大、小鼠急性经口毒性试验以及慢性毒性3项试验,包括Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。小鼠急性毒理试验结果表明,白花树油脂精炼油比粗制油对应的小鼠LD50值有所提高,雌性小鼠从6.81 g/kg体重提高到17.10 g/kg体重(最高),雄性小鼠从7.94 g/kg提高到10.80 g/kg体重。比较而言,雌性小鼠LD50值提高幅度较大,说明雌性小鼠对白花树油脂的耐受性较雄性小鼠强。大鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,白花树油脂精炼前、后两者的LD50值差别不大,精炼前雌鼠和雄鼠均为20.00 g/kg体重,精炼后雌鼠和雄鼠均为17.10 g/kg体重,稍有下降,它们的LD50值都大于15.0 g/kg,达到理论无毒的标准。白花树油脂精炼前、后的Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验3项结果与阴性对照组差异很小,与阳性对照相比差异极显著,表明3项试验的毒性均为阴性。综上所述,白花树种子油可满足国家新资源食品安全评价的前期规程,具备开发成新资源食品的巨大潜力。Styrax tonkinesis seed was squeezed and then raw oil was obtained. Raw oil was purified after the heating and suction filter steps to obtain refined oil. Then both oil types were used to process rat/mouse acute oral toxicity test and 3 chronic toxicity tests, including Ames, mouse bone marrow cell micro nuclear test and mouse sperm malformation test. Rat acute oral toxicology test results showed that the corresponding LD50 value of refined oil was improved than that of raw oil. For the female mice, the LDso value increased from 6.81 g/kg to a maximum of 17.10 g/kg, while for the male, it increased from 7.94 g/kg to a maximum of approximately 10.80 g/kg. In contrast, the LD50 value of female mice improved more than that of male mice, revealed that female mice showed more tolerance to Styrax tonkinesis seed oil than male mice. Results of rat acute oral toxicity test suggested that difference of LD50 value between raw oil and refined oil was not significant. To raw oil, the LD50 of 20.00 g/kg was obtained for both male and female rat, whereas, to refined oil of Styrax tonkinesis, the value of LDso was 17.10 g/kg for both the sexes. Although the difference between two values are not much, yet achieved the theoretical limit of non-toxic standard as in both case the LD50 value is greater than 15.0 g/kg. On the other hand, the results of Ames test, mouse bone marrow cell micro test and mouse sperm malformation test were negative with both the Styrax tonkinesis seed oil types. In conclusion, Styrax tonkinesis seed oil conforms to the national new resource food safety evaluation procedures, and has huge potential to develop some types of new resource food.
