摘 要:目的分析海南野芫荽全草的挥发油成分。方法以海南野芫荽为原料,以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油成分进行分析,用面积归一法来测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果从海南野芫荽挥发油中共鉴定出38种化合物,占挥发油总量的100%,其中主要成分为十二烯醛(22.18%)、2,4,5三甲基苯甲醛(14.27%)、1,11-十二二烯(11.15%)、2-十二碳烯酸(8.95%)、十二烷酸(7.78%)、环癸烷(7.32%)、N-棕榈酸(5.15%)等。结论通过对海南野芫荽挥发油成分的分析与鉴定,可看出海南产野芫荽与云南产野芫荽挥发油成分明显不同,所得实验结果为合理开发利用海南野芫荽提供了科学依据。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil from the entire herb of hainan Eryngium foetiduml. Methods The essential oil was extracted from Hainan Eryngium foetiduml by steam distillation. The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents were determined by area normalization. Results 38 com- pounds were identified, which accounted for 100% of the essential oil. The major compositions were 2-Dodecenal(22.18% ), Benzaldehyde,2,4,5-trimethyl( 14.27% ), 1,11-Dodeeadienel ( 11.15% ), 2-Dodecenoic acid (8.95%), Dedecanoic acid (7. 78 % ), Cyclodecane(7.32 % )and n-Hexadecanoic acid (5.15 % ). Conclusion By analyzing and evaluating constituent of essential oil of Hainan Eryngium foetiduml, we can see the different constituents between Hainan Eryngium foetiduml and Yunnan Eryngium foetiduml. It provides scientific basis for Eryngium foetiduml exploitation and usage.
