摘　　要：印度Infosys公司于2004年发起了与大学合作的校园联系计划项目,构建以需求为目标的反向设计的IT专业的培养模式,为印度培养卓越的IT工程人才做出巨大贡献。本文阐述了Infosys构建的校园联系计划的主要内容,分析其教育合作模式能够取得巨大成功的主要因素———可扩展性、持续性及可测评性。为我国工程人才的教育培养提供启示与借鉴。In 2004, Infosys launched Campus Connect Program which built a reverse design training model for IT talents with the purpose of meeting the talents demand. This program makes a great contribution to the training of outstanding IT talents in India. This paper briefly states the main content of Infosys Campus Connect Program and analyses the main reasons why this cooperative mode can lead to great success, because it＇s scalable, sustainable and predictable. It provides useful reference for the training of engineering talents.
