摘　　要：军事技术作为技术的重要分支,由于其应用于战争的特殊性质致使军事技术异化后果尤为严重。核时代的来临已然威胁到人类的生存发展,至此,军事技术异化现象达到极致。对军事技术是否存在异化、军事技术异化的概念、成因和表征进行探讨,并结合国际关系学进行探索,可以找出弱化军事技术异化的途径和方法,最终对这种弱化办法进行哲学上的提炼和升华。对军事技术异化进行深入而系统的研究不仅具有重要的学术意义,而且为具体措施的制定和实施奠定了理论基础。As an important branch of technology, military technology plays a unique role. Its specific character, applying to the wars, leads to the tremendous consequences of military technology alienation. The era of nuclear weapon is threatening the existence of all human beings; meanwhile the alienation of military technology has reached to its peak. The study discusses whether the military technology alienation exists, and its definition, causes and manifestation. Also, the thesis introduces international relations theory into the study to find out the possible solution to the alienation, and draws a philosophical conclusion of it. The systematical and profound study on military technology alienation is of great academic significance, and lays the theoretical basis of formulating and implementing the specific measures as well.
