乳腺浸润性微乳头状癌辅助及调节性T细胞表达分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较乳腺浸润性微乳头状癌(IMPC)妇女外周血辅助性及调节性T细胞表达水平。方法连续选择2012年1—12月经临床及病理确诊住院的女性IMPC患者21例,选择同期住院乳腺浸润性导管癌患者(IDC)24例,同期住院确诊为乳腺良性疾病女性患者27例,采用流式细胞仪进行外周血血清及病灶组织上清液中辅助性T细胞(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8)和调节性T细胞(CD4CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg)表达水平测定。结果 IMPC患者外周血及病灶组织CD3+、CD4+表达水平、CD+4/CD+8比值均明显低于IDC组及对照组,CD8+水平则明显高于后两者(均P<0.05或P<0.01);IMPC组外周血及病灶组织CD4CD25+Treg及CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg表达水平均明显高于IDC组及对照组(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 IMPC患者外周血及病灶组织中存在明确的调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达,可能与其生物学行为及特殊的临床表现有关。Objective To analyze expression levels of helper and regulatory T cells in peripheral blood in the pa- tients with invasive micropapillary carcinoma （IMPC）. Methods A total of 21 IMPC patients were consecutively selected from January to December,2012. All cases were detected for regulatory T （Treg） cells （CD4 CD25＋ Treg and CD4＋ CDf＋ oxp325 ＋ Treg）and helper T cells （CD ＋3, CD ＋4,CD ＋8 ,CD ＋4/CD＋8 ） in the peripheral blood and lesion super- natant with flow cytometry. The results were compared with those of 24 patients with infitrating ductal carcinoma（IDC） and 27 patients with benign breast disease （ control group） at the corresponding time period. Results The expression levels of CD ＋3, CD ＋4 and CD ＋4/CD＋8 in the 1MPC group were significantly lower than those in the IDC and control groups,but the expression level of CD ＋8 in the IMPC group was significantly higher than that in the IDC and control groups（P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. Meanwhile,the expression levels of CDaCD25＋ Treg and CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ Treg in the IMPC group were significantly higher than those in the IDC and control groups（P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The helper and regulatory T cells are abnormally expressed in the peripheral blood and lesion tissues among the patients with IMPC, and the abnormal expression may be related to biological behavior and special clinical manifestation of IMPC.
