IL-17在扁平苔癣病损组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的研究炎性细胞因子IL-17在扁平苔癣(LP)患者皮损组织中的表达分布情况,初步探索Th17细胞在LP发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法对29例LP患者皮损组织和10名正常人皮肤组织中IL-17的表达水平进行检测。结果IL-17在部分LP病损组织中有表达,在正常人皮肤组织中阳性表达2例,阳性率为20%。在LP皮损中阳性表达9例,阳性率为31.03%。两组阳性表达率差异无显著性(P=0.269)。结论IL-17在LP中的作用仍需进一步探讨。Objective To research the inflammatory cytokines IL-17 in patients with lesions of lichen planus tissue distribution. Methods IL-7 levels were detected by immunohistochemistry SP meth- od in 29 cases of lichen planus and 10 cases of skin lesions in patients with normal skin tissue. The use of high resolution color graphic reports of pathological system cell measurement procedures for all sec- tions were semi-quantitative detection, according to staining intensity, and each slice randomly selected 5 high.power field counts the number of positive cells were graded. Results IL-17 expression in nor- mal human skin in 2 cases, the positive rate was 20%. In the lichen planus lesions in 9 cases positive, the positive rate was 31.03%. There were no statistical significantly differences between the lichen planus lesions with normal skin in IL-17expression （P〈0.05 ,P〈0. 269 ）. Conclusion IL-17 in the LP lesion tissue with low expression or no expression compared with the control group, and IL-17 in the LP needed to further explore the role.
