摘  要:通过对14组功率密度为40~60kW/L的柴油机进气道进行稳流气道试验,并采用数据统计和线性回归的方法,得到了适用于高功率密度柴油机进气道的涡流比与流量系数的关系。结果表明:对于一个给定的涡流比,高功率密度柴油机进气道的流量系数比常规柴油机的明显偏低,而且偏差会随着涡流强度的变化而改变。在中低涡流情况下(涡流比〈1.5),降低的幅度大于3%;而当涡流比增加到2.0以上时,差距减小到1.8%以内。并通过对最大气门升程下的气道性能参数进行修正,获得了计算气道性能评价参数的经验公式。14 intake port samples designed for diesel engines with power densities of 40-60kW/L were tested on a steady flow rig, the relationship between their flow coefficients and swirl ratios was obtained by using linear regression analysis method. Results show that intake port flow coefficient of high power density (HPD) diesel engine is significantly lower than that of conventional engine under same swirl ratio condition and difference between HPD and conventional engines varies with the swirl ratio. It is greater than 3 % when swirl ratio less than 1. 5, and lower than 1. 8% when swirl ratio more than 2. 0. In addition, empirical formulae to compute port performance parameters are obtained by correction of intake port flow characteristics at the maximum valve lift. These achievements provides design direction for intake port of HPD diesel engine.
