摘　　要：在全球可持续发展背景下,绿色采购得到很大推广,又由于林业的特殊作用,林产品绿色采购意义更加重大。林产品绿色采购与林业企业绿色技术创新有很强的互动关系,通过对林产品绿色采购和林业企业绿色技术创新概念界定,分析林产品绿色采购与林业绿色技术创新之间的关系,研究目前中国绿色采购与林业企业绿色技术创新的现状,建立绿色采购与企业绿色技术创新机制联动模型,并提出在联动机制下政府和企业的对策。Green procurement has got a great development under the background of global sustainable development; also due to the special role of forestry industry, forestry procurement has more important value. Forestry product green procurement has a mutual relationship with green technology innovation. The paper has defined the forestry product green procurement and green technology innovation, analyzed the relation between forestry product green procurement and forestry enter- prise green technology innovation, studied the present situation of green procurement and forestry enterprise green technology innovation in China, set the linkage model for green procurement and green technology innovation, and put forward policy for government and enterprise.
