摘　　要：根据目前国内高校考古学专业田野实习的现状,本文从"80后"教师的特点以及"90后"大学生的心理特征出发,着重探讨了田野考古实习中"80后"教师和"90后"学生之间的教学关系,提出了一系列改变教学关系中现存问题的思路和途径,试图为构建良好的新型教学关系铺平道路。Fieldwork is an important part in teaching process of higher education. Establishing a new relationship between ＂post- 80s＂ teachers and ＂post- 90s＂ students can not be ignored. According to the current status of the domestic archaeological fieldwork, this paper discusses the psychological characteristics of ＂post -90s＂ college students and characteristics between ＂post - 80s＂ teachers and ＂post- 90s＂ students ,focuses on the relations between teaching and learning of ＂post- 80s＂ teachers and ＂post- 90s＂ students,and puts forward some ideas and ways to change the status.
