摘 要:对于震后灾区青少年的心理重建而言,阅读疗法重在协助他们在阅读过程中认识自己、接纳自己、完善自己,并实现自我与外在社会环境之间的平衡和发展。阅读疗法对于灾后青少年心理重建具有介入理念、方法、内容及形式上的优势,相对于传统心理治疗和药物治疗而言,阅读疗法介入性较弱,更强调从全人健康的层面来提升对灾难及其后果的认知,阅读疗法的灵活性、宽泛性及其所提倡的综合性服务内容更适合于灾后青少年的心理重建,方法和形式上的多元性,可以更加有效地满足青少年群体性阅读和活动的需要,更有利于有特殊需要个体的心理重建。具体来说,青少年心理重建中的阅读治疗需要经过准备、预估、计划、实施、评估以及追踪等六个相辅相成的阶段。参考文献8。For the adolescent psychological reconstruction after earthquake disaster, bibliotherapy focuses on assisting the adolescentsto recognize himself, accept himself and improve himself in the process of reading, and realize the balance and development between self - behavior and social environment. Compared to traditional psychotherapy and medication, bibliotherapy has an advantage in the concept, methods, content and forms of intervention. Being less interventional, bibliotherapy stresses more on improving cognition of disasters and their consequences from the perspective of holistic health. The flexibility and extensiveness of bibliotherapy and the comprehensive service content that bibliotherapy advocates are more appropriate for the adolescent psychological reconstruction after earthquake disaster. What' s more, the diversity of methods and forms of bibliotherapy can meet the demands of adolescents on group reading and activities in a more effective way, and be more beneficial to the psychological reconstruction of individuals with special needs. Specifically, bibliotherapy includes six stages of involvement, identity, projection, purification, insight and application in the process of adolescent psychological rehabilitation after earthquake disaster.
