摘　　要：制备针对肽酰亚胺类农药的多克隆抗体,以此为基础建立该类农药的快速免疫筛选检测方法。从THPI(Tetrahydrophthalimide)出发合成农药克菌丹半抗原,使之与牛血清白蛋白共价偶联,合成免疫原。偶联成功后的免疫原用于免疫新西兰白兔。从白兔耳缘静脉采血,辛酸-硫酸铵法纯化单克隆抗体。间接竞争ELISA方法测定其对半抗原的灵敏度、特异性和亲和性。结果显示此多克隆抗体亲合力高、特异性强,为建立肽酰亚胺类农药简便、快速、特异的免疫检测方法奠定了基础。The objective of this study was to develop an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） with specific monoclonal antibodies for quick detection and screening of Phthalimide Pesticides. Tetrahydrophthalimide was used as hapten and conjugated with bovine sera albumin （BSA） to prepare immunogen and coating antigen, respectively. The polyclonal antibodies against Phthalimide Pesticides have been obtained from new Zealand white rabbits immunized with the immunogen. The affinity and specificity of PcAbs were determinate with indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ） . The experiments showed that the prepared PcAbs had very high affinity and specificity. It could be used to develop ELISA for rapid determination of Phthalimide Pesticides.
