摘　　要：从新中国建国开始,梳理分析了各时期我国的青少年体育政策,研究总结出青少年体育政策存在权责主体混乱,督导、评估、激励体系不完善,政策实施的单一性等问题。提出两点解决对策:将青少年体育事业发展纳入国家政府发展规划,强化政府职能;建立与青少年体育相关负责人及青少年自身利益直接相关的青少年体育考核评价机制。In China,the policy of youth sports is the guide of the development of youth sports,this article analysed the youth sports policies during different periods in China since 1949.Summarized that there are still many problems with youth sports policies.Proposed that the government should incorporate the youth sports into the national government development plan to strengthen the functions of the government;and build an evaluation system of youth sports that are directly related with the responsible person and their own interests.
