体育教育训练学硕士研究生实践能力培养研究——以哈尔滨工业大学为例

摘　　要：体育教育训练学硕士研究生就业需求的变化,必然要求培养目标的重新定位。依据近年毕业生就业去向,对哈尔滨工业大学体育教育训练学硕士研究生培养目标进行调整,其目标主要定位在培养体育教师,以教学实践、竞赛实践和社会实践为核心的实践能力作为重要的培养内容。Changes in the employment demand of post graduate students majoring in physical education and training inevitably require the repositioning of teaching objective. According to the graduates＇ employment directions in recent years, Harbin Institute of Technology （HIT） has adjusted its teaching objective of post graduate students major in physical education and training by setting the main goal of developing PE teachers, together with introducing culturing three practice abilities, which are teaching practice, contest practice, and social practice, into the main training contents.
