摘 要:目的对一起食物中毒的采集样本进行相关微生物学检验,并应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对检出的菌株进行溯源检测,确定引起食物中毒的病原菌(同源性).方法依据GB4789方法对采集的样品进行病原菌分离、鉴定及药敏试验(K-B法),应用PFGE检测技术对检出的伦敦沙门氏菌进行分子分型,通过BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析.结果所检出5株菌株的生化试验、血清学试验和药敏试验结果一致,PFGE图谱有4株为相同菌株,1株菌株与其他菌株相似率为96%.结论该起食物中毒与伦敦沙门氏菌分离株为相同克隆群,PFGE可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究.Objective To conduct a microbiological test on samples collected from a food poisoning event, in which PFGE was applied for the detection of strains to identify the pathogens which caused food poisoning. Method According to GB4789,the isolation,identification and K-B test were conducted on collected samples, and the isolated London salmonella strains were detected by PFGE molecular typing (grouping) and were analyzed by Bio-numerics software to perform clustering. Results The biochemical test, serological identification test and susceptibility test results of 5 strains of London salmonella were identical. The cluster analysis showed that 4 strains of London salmonella were the same strain, while 1 strain with 96% similarity. Conclusion The food poisoning event was caused by the same clone group of London salmonella. PFGE can be used in the source tracing and molecular epidemiological study of food poisoning.
