摘 要:目的 :研究肿瘤转移相关基因nm2 3 H1在不同X线分型结肠癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移、预后的关系。方法 :应用SP免疫组化法对 2 8例不同X线类型的结肠癌组织中的nm2 3 H1基因进行半定量分析。结果 :在nm2 3 H1阳性表达组中肿块型和溃疡型结肠癌的淋巴结转移率及 5年死亡率明显低于浸润型 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :nm2 3 H1基因可能参与结肠癌的发生、发展 ,根据nm2 3 H1基因表达与结肠癌的X线类型联合分析有助于淋巴结转移状况的判定和预后估计。Objective:To study the relation among the expression of metastatic suppressor gene nm23 H1 in various types of colo rectal cancers,and lymph node metastasis as well as prognosis.Methods:The half quantitative analysis of nm23 H1 gene was obtained in 28 cases of various radiologic types of colorectal cancers by using SP immunochemical method.Results:The expression in infiltration type of colorectal cancers was lower than that in ulcer type and mass type.In nm23 H1 positive group,lymph node metastatic rate and 5 year survival rate were much lower in mass and ulcer type than in infiltration type ( P <0.05).While in nm23 H1 negative group,there was no significant difference among lymph node metastatic rates in various types of colorectal cancer.Conclusion:nm23 H1 gene may play an important role in the pathogenesis and malignant progression of colorectal cancer.It may be helpful in the assessment of lymph node metastasis and prognosis,according to the analysis of nm23 H1 gene expression level combined with x ray classification of colorectal cancer.
