摘　　要：目的：探讨FTY720对体外培养QBC939细胞系增殖及侵袭的影响。方法：体外培养QBC939细胞系，将其分为对照组、FTY720不同浓度给药组。通过MTT法、流式细胞仪检测周期和凋亡、细胞侵袭等实验观察FTY720对QBC939细胞系增殖及侵袭的影响。结果：当FTY720浓度为2400 ng/ml时，体外培养的QBC939细胞系的增殖受到明显抑制，抑制率为65．4％（ P〈0．05）；流式细胞仪检测提示QBC939细胞系被阻滞于G1期，并促进其发生凋亡；侵袭实验显示FTY720可以明显抑制QBC939细胞系的侵袭，当FTY720浓度为2400 ng/ml时，侵袭抑制率可达80％。结论：FTY720可抑制体外培养QBC939细胞系的增殖，诱导该肿瘤细胞凋亡，并且抑制其侵袭。Objective：To investigate the effect of FTY 720 on proliferation and invasion ability of QBC 939 cells.Methods：QBC939 cells were cultured in vitro and divided into control group and different concentration groups to study the effect of FTY 720 by MTT and invasion assay.Results：FTY720 at concentration of 2400 ng/ml could dramaticly inhibit in vitro QBC939 proliferation（P〈0.05）with the inhibition ratio of 65.4%;QBC939 cells were arrested in G1phase and promote their apoptosis;FTY720 at concentration of 2400 ng/ml could restrain the invasion of QBC 939 cells at the rate of 80%.Conclusion：FTY720 can inhibit the QBC proliferation and invasion ,regu-late the cell cycle and induce apoptosis .
