膀胱移行细胞癌细胞周期蛋白D_1的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的 :检测细胞周期蛋白 D1 (cyclin D1 )在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)中的表达 ,研究其与该肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 SP法检测 33例膀胱 TCC和 12例正常膀胱 cyclin D1 组织的表达。结果 :cyclin D1 阳性表达率膀胱 TCC组为 5 4.5 4% ,对照组无表达 (P=0 .0 0 1) ;临床分期 T0 ～ T1 为 76 .19% ,T2 ～ T4为 16 .6 7% ;肿瘤分级 G1 为 81.2 5 % ,G2 为 40 .0 0 % ,G3为 14.2 8% ;随着肿瘤分期分级上升 ,阳性表达率逐渐升高 (P=0 .0 0 1,P=0 .0 0 1) ;但与肿瘤的复发性差异无显著性 (P=0 .183)。结论 :cyclin D1 在膀胱 TCC形成的早期起重要的作用 ;在评估膀胱Objective:To study the expression of cyclinD 1 and i t′s significance in 33 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.Me thods:The expression of cyclinD 1 was detected by immunohistochemistry (S P). Results:Expression of cyclinD 1 was 54.54% and naught in TCCs and the controls respectively (P=0.001), according to clinical stage it was 76. 19% and 16.67% in T 0-T 1 and T 2-T 4 respectively. And according to tumor gradation it was 81.25%, 40 00% and 14.28% in G 1, G 2 and G 3 respectively . With the progress of clinical stages and grades of the tumors, the positive ra tes of cyclinD 1 expression decreased (P=0.001, P=0.001). There were no sig nificant correlation between cyclinD 1 expression and postoperative reccurance (P=0.183). Conclusion:cyclinD 1 overexpression can play an import ant role on the genesis of bladder tumor at the early stage. There was significa nt relation between cyclinD 1 expression and the biological behaviour of bladde r TCCs. .
