摘 要:目的:探讨智能机器手在脑卒中患者功能恢复中的疗效。方法:将36例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(18例)和对照组(18例),对照组给予药物治疗、康复训练等常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上采用智能机器手进行康复训练,疗程均为8周,并采用Lindmark评分、Barthel指数(BI)对两组患者的恢复效果进行评价。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Lindmark评分及BI均显著提高(P〈0.05),且治疗组改善效果优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:智能机器手能提高脑卒中患者的康复效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To explore the therapeutic 6ffect of intelligent machine hand on function recovery of stroke patients. Methods: 36 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases), control group was given drug, rehabilitation training and other conventional treatment, treatment group adopted rehabilitation training of intelligent machine hand based on conventional treatment, both treating for 8 weeks, and Lindmark score, Barthel index (BI) were used to evaluate the recovery effect of two group. Results: Lindmark score and BI of the two groups both significantly increased after treatment (P〈0.05), and treatment group was significantly better than control group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Intelligent machine hand can improve the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients, being worthy of clinical application.
