摘　　要：Claudin-1蛋白是一种闭合蛋白,也是细胞间紧密连接蛋白的主要组成部分,其特异性的组织表达,在保持紧密连接屏障功能和细胞极性方面具有重要作用。表达异常的Clandin-1蛋白与上皮性卵巢癌的转移和侵袭密切相关,本文综述了Claudin-1与卵巢癌相关性的研究进展。Claudin-1 is a family of integral membrane tight junction（TJ） proteins. The tissuespecific expressions of claudin- 1 proteins perform specialized epithelial or endothelial functions including maintenance of ceil polarity and paracellular barrier functions. Many researches indicate that abnormal expression of claudin-1 has a relationship with the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. This article reviewed the relationship of Claudin-1 and ovarian cancer.
