摘　　要：Survivin(生存素)是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新型成员,是目前发现的最强的凋亡抑制因子,与脑胶质瘤的发生和发展密切相关,参与细胞的分裂和增殖过程调节。鉴于和多数肿瘤相对关联性及组织分布的特点,为肿瘤临床诊断、治疗起到了很大的作用。survivin可以作为肿瘤靶向治疗基因,它的发展有可能对基因水平是一个突破,因此survivin为肿瘤治疗的进一步研究铺平了道路。Survivin is a new member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, is apoptosis inhibition factor mostly, related to the occurrence and development of glioma closely, division and proliferation processes involved in cell regulation. In view of the majority of tumors and relative relation and tissue distribution characteristics, a very significant role for tumor diagnosis, treatment. Survivin can be used as tumor targeting gene therapy, its development may is a breakthrough in gene level.
