急诊护士灾害准备度现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解急诊护士灾害准备度现状,为提高急诊护士灾害准备度提供参考和依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2013年6月、9月在中华护理学会及北京护理学会举办的急诊护士培训班中抽取232名学员,使用护士灾害准备度调查问卷测量其灾害准备度水平。结果急诊护士的灾害准备度平均分为(157.61±41.37)分,处于中等偏下水平,量表的3个维度当中,灾害知识得分最高,灾后管理次之,灾害技术最低;性别、学历、是否有救灾经历、是否参加灾害培训课程是灾害准备度的影响因素。结论急诊护士对灾害准备的积极性较高;需进一步加强急诊护士的灾害护理培训和演练。Objective To investigate the level of emergency nurses＇ preparedness for disasters in China and pro- vide basis for improving the level of nurses＇ disaster preparedness. Methods Totally 223 emergency nurses who attended the training course held by Chinese Nursing Association and Beijing Nursing Association were investigated with the Disaster Preparedness Evaluation Tool. Results The score of disaster preparedness of emergency nurses was 157.61＋41.37,which revealed a middle level Among the three subscales of the tool,the score of disaster knowledge was the highest and the score of disaster skills was the lowest. Nurses＇ gender,educational level,experience of disaster rescue and disaster training were the influence factors of disaster preparedness. Conclusion Emergency nurses＇ enthusiasm of disaster preparedness is high,but their disaster preparedness needs to be strengthened by training and drills.
