摘 要:初步将纳米镁铝水滑石用于胶合板及中密度纤维板的阻燃,同时考察了纳米级与微米级镁铝水滑石对中密度纤维板阻燃效果的不同。结果表明:随着镁铝水滑石在胶合板和中密度纤维板中含量的增加,氧指数增大,阻燃效果变佳。胶合板的胶合强度较素板下降38%,但仍达Ⅱ类胶合板的要求:中密度纤维板的静曲强度、弹性模量和内结合强度分别降至素板的38%、53%和20%,吸水膨胀率较素板升高13.2%。在同等条件下,纳米级镁铝水滑石对中密度纤维板的阻燃效果优于微米级镁铝水滑石。nano-Mg-Al LDHs were used for flame-retardant plywood and medium density fiberboard (MDF), and the different flame-retardant effects of the nanoscale and micron-level hydrotalcite for MDF were investigated.With the increasing of the content of Mg-Al LDHs in the plywood and MDF, the oxygen index rose, the flame-retardant effect changed well.the bonding strength of plywood was down 38% than the prime board, but still meeting with the requirement of Ⅱ degree plywood;the bending strength, the elastic modulus and the internal bonding strength of the MDF were reduced to 38%, 53% and 20%, with water expansion ratio rising 13.2%.Under the same conditions, the flame-retardant effect of nanoscale Mg-Al LDH for the MDF was superior to the micron level Mg-Al LDH.
