企业家政治关联、战略网络与企业创新绩效——基于上市公司面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：战略网络是企业获取资源的有效平台,也是企业技术创新的来源。企业家政治关联作为外在变量,可以有效提升企业获取信息信度与效度。选取企业战略网络结构与企业家政治关联为研究角度,采用2005—2011年上市公司面板数据,通过建立零膨胀负二项模型(ZINB),以量化政治关联对企业创新绩效的影响。结果表明,企业家政治关联存在门槛理论,一定范围的企业家政治关联资本可以显著增强企业战略网络与创新绩效的正相关性,提升企业创新绩效。Collaboration networks are not only the effective way to get information, but also the resource of the technological inno- vation for enterprises. Political network as the extrinsic variable can improve reliability and validity of the information for enterprises. The study incorporates insights from the political strategy perspective into the collaboration network by using panel data of public com- panies from 2005 to 2011 and establishing ZINB model to quantify the effect of political network to the innovation output performance of the enterprises. The empirical results show that the entrepreneur＇s political networks enhance the positive effective between collaboration networks and firm innovation output and improve the innovation performance.
