摘　　要：当前科学技术发展的显著特征是研究的深度、广度和复杂性大幅加强,学科间不断交叉和相互融合,来自经济和社会发展中的实践问题也需要多学科的知识才能够有效地解决,对科研管理和科研组织提出了更高的要求。科技创新团队作为一种有效组织形式,通过分工协作和优势互补,可极大提高科技创新效率,正逐渐成为科技创新活动的重要载体。分析了科技创新团队的的内涵、特征,提出了科技创新团队的构建思路、构建原则、构建方法,并对科技创新团队的构建措施提出了建议。Current characteristics of the scientific development include that the depth, width and complexity of study are signifi- cantly strengthened; subjects constantly intersect and blend with each other; Practical problems in economic and social development al- so requires muhidisciplinary knowledge so that they can be solved effectively; more requirements are raised for scientific research man- agement and institutes. Science and technology innovation team, as an effective organization form, through the division of labor cooper- ation and complementary advantages, can greatly improve the efficiency of science; therefore, it has become an important carrier of in- novation activities. Connation and characteristics of science and technology innovation team are analyzed. Ideas, principles and meth- ods for construction of science and technology innovation team are put forward, and suggestions on construction of the science and tech- nology innovation team are proposed.
