摘 要:教育方针概念的运演从简单到宏富、从抽象到具体。运用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义相结合的理论视点进行定义,教育方针是一定统治阶层在一定历史时期关于教育发展的总方针,是教育性质、方向、目的、任务、内容和途径等的总规定,是一种规范、引导和管理教育发展的政策活动,集中反映了不同时代国家的教育意志及其价值导向。The concept of educational policy has undergone through an evolution from simple to rich and abstract to concrete. The definition of educational policy should be the unification of classical logic and value logic and the programmatic definition which integrates the prescriptive definition and descriptive definition. Defining educational policy with the combination of dialectical materialism and historical materialism is the concentrated reflection of the country's educational guideline and its value orientation during different periods. It is the ruling group's general policy about the development of education in a certain historical period, the overall regulations on education nature, direction, aim, task, content and approach and the policy activities of regulating, guiding and managing the development of education.
