摘　　要：文章通过实证分析,指出产学研共同体的深度合作,应该依赖于技术合作和文化共享,从而凝聚共同的文化理念,并在此基础上正视基于制度差异带来的风险意识差异和利益分歧,真正实现资源优势互补,构建合理的利益分配机制,达到社会效益和经济利益的共赢。Through empirical analysis, this paper proposes that the in-depth integration of production, teaching and research should be combined with technological cooperation and cultural sharing. In addition, great importance should be attached to the differences in risk awareness and the divergence of interests arising from this process so as to give a full play to the complementary advantages of resources, construct reasonable benefit distribution mechanism as well as achieve the win-win situation for social benefits and economic benefits.
