摘　　要：对比分析体育经济学与体育管理学的学科特点,认为体育经济学和体育管理学在研究目标上的区别在于,体育经济学重"解释"而体育管理学重"指导",研究目标的不同也使两者在研究视角和研究方法上有所不同,体育经济学关注体育的"经济利益"和选择问题,而体育管理学关注具体的体育组织和效率;体育经济学多模型,而体育管理学多工具。With contrastive analysis on discipline characteristics of sport economics and sport management, indications are that sport economics and sport management are fundamentally different between the purpose with sport economics ＂interpretation＂ and sport management ＂guidance＂. Differences also exist in research perspectives and methods, sport economics concerning the ＂economic interests＂ and choice, and sport management focusing on specific organization and efficiency; models are often applied in sport economics, while tools in sport management.
