摘  要:参与创新网络是高技术企业服务发展的重要途径,探索合作利益分配机制和科学治理模式具有重要的理论与实践意义。基于参与主体特征与合作利益分类,构建夏普利(Shapley)值二阶段修正模型,并进行数值模拟,揭示高技术服务创新网络的利益分配机理。研究结论表明,经两阶段修正后的利益分配机制,能有效避免平均主义和"搭便车"现象,更能体现利益分配的公平性与科学性。对于促进中国企业积极参与创新网络、提升价值创造和动态发展能力具有深刻的启示和政策含义。Participation in the innovation network has increasingly become the important way of service improvement of high-teeh enterprise,and exploring cooperative benefit distribution mechanism and scientific governance model of innovation net- work have theoretically and practically significant. Based on the analysis of participants' characteristics and cooperative interest, a two-stage Shapley value-based model is constructed to disclose the distributive regime of the value of high-tech service innova- tion network with a numerical simulation. The research concludes that an amended two-stage benefit distribution mechanism will not only avoid egalitarianism of interest sharing and free riders ,but also present more fairness and seientificity in the benefit dis- tribution,which has important enlightments and policy implications for Chinese enterprise to initiatively leading or taking part in innovation network,and advancing their capability of value-creating and dynamic development.
