企业人本资本财务预警组合模型构建研究

摘　　要：根据企业人本资本结构优化程度将决定企业经济发展程度,设计人本资本财务预警指标体系。同时结合企业人本资源有效配置决定企业价值创造以及通过财务资本引擎来实现企业价值的逻辑关系,在柯布-道格拉斯生产函数基础上修改成构建人本资本财务预警组合模型的基础模型。利用Matlab软件中的GA工具箱来建立基于GA的人本资本财务预警的组合模型。The degree of optimization of humanism capital structure will determine the economic development of enterprise. This paper designs financial early warning indicator system of humanism capital. Meanwhile, because the effective allocation of enterprise＇ s human resources determines the creation of value and financial capital engine helps to achieve the value, this paper modifies Cobb-Douglas production function to build the financial early warning combined model of humanism capital. It uses GA toolbox in Matlab software to build financial early warning combined model of humanism capital based on GA.
