高职环保类专业技术技能人才培养探析

摘　　要：通过阐述高职环保类专业技术技能人才应具有的基本特征,分别从校企共建专业及课程体系、实训基地多元功能开发、校企合作育人新机制、师资队伍培养以及考核评价机制建构5个方面提出了高职环保类专业技术技能人才培养的实现路径,同时提出了相应的政策、制度及条件等保障措施。Through elaborating the basic characteristics that technological and skilled students of environmental protection profession should behave in higher vocational schools, the applicable approaches including five aspects： developing diverse function of training base, promoting the instructor team,establishing multi-parties assessing system,constructing a new curriculum system and a new training system with school-enterprise cooperation were put forward. Moreover, corresponding policies, system and conditions were proposed.
