摘  要:目的:了解青田县城乡居民血压、血脂、血糖水平,为当地居民代谢综合征及其他相关慢性疾病预防控制策略的制定、干预措施效果评价提供基础数据和科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽查青田县城乡居民1248名,检测其血压、血脂、血糖水平,统计不同年龄、性别人群高血压患病率,不同性别人群的血脂异常、高血糖检出率,不同年龄人群的血脂异常、高血糖检出率,对阳性率或检出率比较采用χ2检验。结果高血压患病率为22.44%,其中青年组(18~40岁)、中年组(41~60岁)、老年组(≥60岁)患病率分别为5.69%、24.90、35.89%,青年组<中年组<老年组(F=125.09,P<0.01)。高TG、高TC、低HDL-C、高LDL-C检出率分别为26.52%、27.32%、38.30%、31.01%,高血糖(FPG≥6.0mmol/L、≥7.0mmol/L)检出率分别为10.34%、4.73%,OGTT≥11.1mmol/L 检出率为2.08%。青年组、中年组、老年组的高 TG 检出率分别为17.89%、29.57%、30.96%,高 TC 检出率分别为13.82%、32.68%、33.42%,中年组>青年组(χ2=15.78,P<0.01);老年组>青年组(χ2=39.15,P<0.01);低HDL-C检出率分别为41.46%、38.13%、35.34%,差别无统计学意义(F=2.92,P>0.05);高LDL-C检出率分别为28.73%、30.74%、33.70%,差异具有统计学意义(F=3.06,P>0.05)。高血糖(FPG≥6.0mmol/L)检出率分别为2.17%、11.87%、16.44%,老年组>中年组>青年组(F=8.10,P<0.01);高血糖(FPG≥7.0mmol/L)检出率分别为1.08%、5.64%、7.12%,中年组>青年组(χ2=28.05,P<0.01),老年组>青年组(χ2=43.96,P<0.01)。 OGTT≥11.1mmol/L检出率分别为0.27%、0.97%、5.48%,老年组>青年组(χ2=17.91,P<0.01),老年组Objective To understand Qingtian county residents' blood pressure, lipid and glucose level for providing basal data and scientific basis on metabolic syndrome and other related chronic disease's control strategies formulation and inter- vention effect evaluation for local residents. Methods 1 248 residents in Qingtian county were selected by stratified cluster ran- dom sampling method, and their blood pressure, lipids and glucose were test, and hypertension rate in different age and gender, blood lipid abnormality and high blood glucose in different age and gender were compared, and positive rate or detection rates were compared by X2 test. Results Hypertension prevalence rate was 22.44%, and rate in young group (18 ~ 40 years) , mid- dle age group (41 -60 years), aged group ( ≥60 years) were 5.69%, 24.90 and 35.89%, the rate was youth group〈middle age group〈elderly group ( F= 125.09,P〈0.01 ). Rates of high TG, high TC, low HDL-C and high LDL-C were 26.52% , 27.32% , 38.30% and 31.01%.
