摘　　要：新辅助治疗以提高肺癌患者手术切除率并改善患者预后为基本目的，是肺癌临床研究领域的热点。文章对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌新辅助治疗的安全性及临床意义的研究现状进行综述。Neoadjuvant therapy aiming at improving the resection rate and prognosis for patients with lung cancer is a hot spot in the study field of lung cancer in today and future. This paper reviews the safety and clinical significance of neoadjuvant therapy for stage Ⅲ non-small-cell lung cancer.
