摘　　要：目的：探讨完全腹腔镜右后叶肝切除术的解剖及技术要点。方法对17例肝脏肿瘤采用完全腹腔镜右后叶肝切除术。结果17例患者手术过程顺利，平均手术时间（284±38） min。平均术中出血量（412±75）ml。无中转开腹，无术后严重并发症。结论把握好适应证，掌握完全腹腔镜右后叶肝切除术的解剖和技术要点，是完成该手术的关键。Objective To investigate anatomic and technical emphasis of total laparoscopic right posterior hepatolobectomy. Methods Total laparoscopic right posterior hepatolobectomy was performed in 17 patients. Results The operation was successfully performed in all patients. The mean operation time was（284 ± 38）min and the mean intraoperative blood loss was（412 ± 75）ml. No patient was converted to open surgery and no complication occurred. Conclusion Indication management and anatomic and techni-cal emphasis are the key of total laparoscopic right posterior hepatolobectomy.
