摘  要:以Hwey-Lan Liou眼模型为基础,构建近视及远视态人眼模型,利用ZEMAX光学设计软件通过光线追迹研究了不同结构的有晶体眼人工晶体(Phakic IOL)及植入位置对屈光矫正后人眼成像质量的影响。以Zernike标准多项式系数离焦项C4,及调制传递函数(MTF)对像质进行表征,结果表明:当植入位置固定,屈光度相同时,Phakic IOL厚度越小,对近视态人眼眼视觉矫正质量越好,对于远视态人眼,晶体厚度影响不明显,离焦项C4大小与人眼MTF曲线反应的人眼成像质量一致;在离焦矫正相同情况下,PIOL植入位置对眼光学系统成像质量基本无影响;凸凹结构的PIOL对人眼视觉矫正效果要优于其他结构。Based on the eye model of Hwey-Lan Liou, Myopia and hyperopia eye models were established, respectively. Influence on vision quality of Phakic Intraocular len' s construction and implated position has been studied with ray-tracing method by ZEMAX software. The imaging quality of eyes implated with PIOL was described by Zernike coefficient Ca and MTF. The results show that the imaging quality of myopia eye increased with the PIOL' s thickness reduction after the refractive surgery. Differently, the impact on the imaging quality of hyperopia eye was not obvious. The conclusions got from the analysis of Zernike coefficient C4 and MTF curves were coincident. The implated position of PIOL doesn' t nearly contribute to the imaging quality of eyes under the same circumstance that the defocus was corrected, and the Phakic IOLs with convex-concave design are superior to the others in improving the vision quality.
