摘　　要：采用超声波水雾发生器装置对低水分小麦进行调质通风,采用压入式和吸出式相结合的通风方式,改善了小麦调质过程中水分增加的均匀性,改善了小麦的加工品质,给小麦储藏企业和小麦加工企业提供参考。Using ultrasonic spray generator device for ventilation on the low moisture content of wheat, the ventilation pressure in and out of the combination of uniformity in order to improve the wheat tempering process water increased and improve the processing quality of wheat, to provide the reference for the wheat storage enterprises and wheat processing enterprises.
